Review of Teaching Music Appreciation Online
Abstract
Bethanie L. Hansen's Teaching Music Appreciation Online offers tools for a wide variety of online academic music classes, including how to conceive of and plan an online course, how to implement the course, and how to assess student learning. Hansen argues that online teaching can be a worthwhile and satisfying endeavor for both students and instructors.
