Abstract
Embodied listening approaches that stand outside the canon of pedagogical mainstream provide a wide variety of insights for different pedagogical settings—from participants who have little-to-no musical training, to those with developed musical skills. A whimsical, graphic-text piece is provided to playfully break down barriers of “skill†to urge all participants to heighten awareness of sound in their environment. In addition, a context and suggested use of the piece is provided.
